ABSTRACT

In the era of thecnology, interaction of marketing has been changed from conventional “face to face” into modern “screen to face”. The increase of internet used on social media also increased interest in shopping online.
Indonesia is one of the largest internet used and social media in the Asia Pacific region within 51% of users ever shopping by online. The most product that sell by online media are tickets and tours and also fashion product. Therefore many conventional businesses began to expand their business into online marketplace which provide alot of convenience and low cost.
CV. Cipta Pesona Fashion one of online store look online shop’s market share give higher opportunity for business development. The advantages of online shop are low cost, no time limit, and increase marketing area. Identification of this research, what is the most effective of online media for CV Cipta Pesona Fashion and effective e-marketing plan for CV. Cipta Pesona Fashion.
The study uses descriptive qualitative research method that aims to gather data describing the object, analyzing the data and conclusion. The analysis method is 3C Ohmae. E-marketing plan using SOSTAC to get the efective e-marketing for this company.
The result of the research, WEB is the most effective of online media for CV Cipta Pesona Fashion. And Istagram is the most effective social media for CV Cipta Pesona Fashion. Both of this media given more advantages than other media because give detail information product clearly and also have higher popularity than other media.
